The Rose and Thistle is a special place where friends have become family. We have had the joy of welcoming everyone with open arms for over 25 years. The mandatory Oregon bar and restaurant closure will hit everyone in our community hard and in some ways none of us could foresee. The loving staff of our special home have been forced into an uncertain place while we navigate these ever-changing circumstances, and many of you have reached out, expressing an interest in helping. We are humbled by the amounts of love and generosity offered from our community and decided that we, like so many others, would create a space where that help could be provided.
All donations will be equally distributed between our entire staff of mothers, fathers, students, fur-parents, and most importantly, family. Thank you for anything that you give and thank you for supporting us now, then, and forever. We will reopen as soon as it is deemed safe, and we will welcome all of you back with ear-to-ear grins and arms wide open. Through these trying times, the best thing we can do is come together. We can’t wait to be together again in person.
